When will my video arrive?
Usually within minutes of ordering. We'll email you a private link to watch and download it.
Can Santa say unusual names?
Yes. You'll hear Santa say the name before you pay, and you can spell it how it sounds if it needs fixing.
Is my child's photo safe?
Yes. A photo is only needed for the keepsake. We place it into Santa's Nice List picture ourselves, so it's never sent to an AI tool or altered, and it's deleted within 30 days. We never sell or share it.
What's the last day to order?
Orders close at 11pm on 23 December, so every video is ready before Christmas Eve.
What do you do with my email?
We use it only to tell you when Good Deed Santa launches and to send your early-bird offer. You can unsubscribe at any time.
